What Make Us Unique

We have an array of EWPA sudents who have gone on to professional dance and theatre work! We are proud to be one of the few schools in Paisley to have so many, both previous and up and coming Alumni! Whether you are looking for a fun dance school or professional training to help you reach stardom we are the school for you!

Have a look at some of our Alumni here:

How We Train

At EWPA we have nearly 60 years of experience; training generations in both dance technique and discipline. We pride ourselves in being one of the best dance studios in the west of Scotland! Rated one of the top 3 dance schools in Renfrewshire by 'Three Best Rated . com' we are proud to play a role in the development of many young pupils in Paisley and the surrounding areas.

A few of the ways we train are:

  • BATD Examinations in medals and grades
  • Open classes (Pay as you come & learn new styles)
  • Repertoire classes (learn choreography from professional shows!)

What We Do

Training our dancers in both BATD examinations and repertoire classes allows EWPA students to build on their technique whilst learning to pick up new choreography and dance styles. Our junior school, held on Saturdays focuses on learning the fundamental skills and techniques required for any young dancer! Our examinations, run by The British Association of Teachers of Dancing are one of the biggest associations in the world reaching from Canada to Europe.

For our older students we offer a range of examination classes, open classes, and repertoire classes offering them the chance to win scholarships, take part in dance conventions, and the chance if they wish to go on to train as professional dancers. Check out our timetable for more information!
